IIT Delhi and Cisco Launch AI and Cybersecurity Technology Hub

On August 4, IIT Delhi announced a strategic partnership with Cisco to establish an AI and cybersecurity technology hub. The collaboration aims to spur research, develop skilled talent and strengthen the AI‑cybersecurity ecosystem across India.

The three‑year initiative will combine Cisco’s technology expertise with IIT Delhi’s academic leadership, creating a focal point for innovation in the Indo‑Pacific region. The hub will align with India’s digital transformation priorities, enhancing security standards, supporting government stakeholders, and delivering real‑world solutions to emerging digital challenges.
