The incubation centre, sanctioned by the central government and now operational in Uttar Pradesh, will be powered by technical support from IIM Lucknow. The institute’s faculty and industry experts will conduct workshops on product innovation, branding, packaging, and digital marketing. Women entrepreneurs will also benefit from one‑on‑one mentoring sessions that address specific challenges such as scaling production, navigating regulatory compliance, and securing financing. By linking promising ventures with banks, venture funds, and buyer networks, the hub aims to create a pipeline that moves rural women’s enterprises from the backyard to larger regional markets.
