Cabinet Order Reassigns IAS Officers Across Bhopal and Jabalpur

In a comprehensive order released on October 19, the Madhya Pradesh government transferred four senior IAS officers. Culture Jain (2015 batch) is now Deputy Secretary (Deputy Secretary) in the Finance Department after serving as Bhopal’s Municipal Commissioner and MD of the Metro Rail Company. Anju Arun Kumar (2017 batch) has been posted as Deputy Secretary in the Panchayat and Rural Development Department; she previously served as CEO of Smart City Bhopal and Additional Municipal Commissioner. Agrim Kumar (2020 batch), currently CEO of Chhindwara Zilla Panchayat, is appointed Commissioner of Jabalpur Municipal Corporation. The reshuffle aims to ensure smoother functioning of civic bodies in Bhopal and Jabalpur while reinforcing the administrative framework of the finance and rural development wings.
