Heavy Police Deployment and Barricades Set Up at Jantar Mantar

New Delhi, October 6 – In response to a scheduled opposition protest, a heavy police deployment has been arranged around Jantar Mantar. The area is now under strict surveillance, with officers maintaining a vigilant watch over commuters and motorists.

Numerous police personnel have been positioned at entry points, and robust barricading has been carried out at several choke points to regulate crowd flow. Continuous monitoring of traffic ensures that any potential disorder is nipped in the bud.

Additional security teams have been posted at vulnerable locations near the historic site, with senior officers on site to supervise the entire operation. The police are also keeping tabs on protest participants to preempt any unlawful activity.
