Health Department Launches Investigation After 19-Year-Old’s Death

Following the fatality of a 19-year-old pregnant woman at Sidhi district hospital, the state health department has ordered a full-scale probe. Dr. Ashok Khare, the chief medical and health officer, confirmed that the investigation will cover not only this case but also every maternal death in the region over the past 18 months.
