Sanjoy Baliyan, a senior BJP member, stated that the tragic death of singer Ankit Baliyan reflects a deteriorating mood in Haryana that is affecting cultural practitioners. The artist was shot dead while exiting a gym in the Nala Patri area of Shamli. Four armed men, reportedly from Haryana, opened fire indiscriminately.
