Har Ghar Tiranga rallies energize ITBP battalions across Sikkim and West Bengal

The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign has seen enthusiastic participation from multiple ITBP battalions this week. On Monday, the 15th battalion organized a vibrant Tiranga rally in Udhampur, where soldiers, band platoon members, and NCC cadets sang ‘Vande Mataram’ in unison, showcasing patriotic fervour.

Later, the 35th battalion staged a grand rally at Uttar Kashi, inviting students from the ITBP public school. The event culminated in a collective rendition of the national anthem, underlining the themes of national unity and respect for the flag.

Ahead of Independence Day, the 54th battalion, led by Commander Kaleem M. Khan, hosted a ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ celebration at the Bhalukpong campus. The gathering emphasized patriotism, communal harmony, and pride in the tricolour, reinforcing the spirit of nation‑building among the troops and civilians alike.
