Government vows swift aid for sick and action against land mafias, says Yogi

While touring the premises of the Gorakhnath temple on Saturday, CM Yogi Adityanath addressed a crowd of citizens who had traveled from across Uttar Pradesh. He assured that the state will leave no stone unturned in providing relief to those facing health emergencies, land‑related injustices, or other hardships.

The minister ordered that medical boards prepare cost estimates for seriously ill patients within hours, and that the finance department release the necessary funds without bureaucratic lag. He also emphasized that land encroachers and powerful local elements will face decisive legal action.

Family quarrels raised during the forum were met with a directive to first encourage communication between the parties, with the administration stepping in only if reconciliation fails. The chief minister reiterated that welfare schemes will be accessible to every eligible person, irrespective of caste, creed, or political affiliation.

Concluding his public appearance, Yogi performed his daily worship routine, offered a respectful salute to his spiritual guide’s statue, and visited the temple’s gosala where he fed cows with freshly prepared sweets.
