Government’s Double‑Engine Drive to Boost Braj’s Religious Infrastructure

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced a comprehensive development plan for the Braj region, covering Mathura, Nandgaon, Barsana, Govardhan and Vrindavan. He pledged that no corner of the sacred landscape would be left undeveloped, promising large‑scale temples and cultural festivals that reflect local sentiments. The CM contrasted his administration’s proactive approach with previous governments, which he claimed were hesitant to invest in Braj for fear of losing vote banks.
