General Seth to Tour Moscow Defense Center and Saint Petersburg Artillery Academy

During his stay in Moscow, General Seth will visit the National Defense Control Center, where he will meet senior officials of the Russian Ministry of Defence, including Deputy Defence Minister Vasili Sergeyevich Oskamov, who oversees defence procurement and industry. The Indian chief will also pay tribute at the war memorial to honour fallen soldiers. The second leg of the trip will take him to Saint Petersburg to tour the Mikhailovskaya Artillery Academy, where he will discuss military education and training cooperation with academy leadership.
