Four Arrested as Noida Police Seize Illegal Pistols

Gautam Buddh Nagar police intensified their drive against illegal weapons on Thursday, detaining four men and recovering two firearms along with ammunition. In Sector-142, officers acting on local intelligence arrested Suraj Singh and Ankit Singh near Cross Cut, seizing a .315 bore pistol and a knife. In a parallel case, Dadri police arrested Sumit Bhati and Bholu alias Abhishek near Maicha underpass after a firing incident two days earlier. Both pairs face charges under the Arms Act and BNS. Senior officials said the crackdown will continue and warned that anyone found possessing illegal arms will be prosecuted.
