Former Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma’s Andaman Post Sparks Confidence in SOPA

The announcement that former Uttar Pradesh deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma will become the lieutenant‑governor of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands prompted Avadhesh Prasad to declare that the move has no substance.

Prasad argued that citizens have begun to lose faith in the BJP government and its leaders, while their trust in the Samajwadi Party and Akhilesh Yadav is rising.

He projected that a new administration would quickly roll out welfare measures such as Rs 40,000 for women, laptops for students, extensive farmer assistance, and government jobs for youth.
