District officials have emphasized that only after the laboratory’s analysis can the cause of death be officially classified as poisoning. Meanwhile, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) comprising senior officers from multiple police stations, including SDPO Ayush of Badh‑2 and various Circle Inspectors, has been formed to coordinate the inquiry.

The SIT is tasked with examining all forensic evidence, reviewing witness statements, and conducting further raids to apprehend additional conspirators.
