Kolkata, August 14 – STF officials confirmed that five individuals operating out of Nepal were the chief liaison between Wahab Alam and the ISI. Data from Alam’s device listed these facilitators, who oversaw his franchise operations and transmitted ISI orders, creating an indirect route to avoid detection.
