Fatal collision in Ghaziabad as red Thar slams police response van

A high‑speed red Thar barreled through traffic on the night of August 12, 2026, and collided with a police response van travelling toward Gautam Buddha Nagar. The crash left home‑guard Kapil Kumar critically injured; he later died despite emergency care. Constable Praveen suffered serious wounds and is currently receiving medical treatment.
