Explosive materials hidden in herbal bundles lead to arrests in Narayanpur

Information received on March 19, 2024, from an informant revealed that a group had packed explosive substances—potassium nitrate, Cordex wire and detonators—inside bundles of medicinal herbs in Taaragaw. Acting on the tip, police seized the contraband and identified Chameli Bai and Ravi Markam as the couriers moving the stock to Naxal cadres. During the investigation, Kosru Vadde, the son of local resident Masa Vadde, was also linked to the case and taken into judicial custody by the State Investigation Agency.
