Esha Foundation's plea leads to broader injunction against harmful content online

The Esha Foundation had filed an application on March 19 seeking an interim injunction against content it deemed defamatory. The foundation argued that the earlier order covered only the links specifically cited in that petition. The High Court, however, ruled that the new request falls within the scope of the original relief and amended paragraphs 58 and 59 of the March order to incorporate the additional 44 videos.
