The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) posted an emergency notice on its X platform, requesting residents to limit outings to essential reasons only. The notice listed two landline numbers – 022‑27567060 and 022‑27567061 – together with toll‑free helplines 1800‑222‑309 and 1800‑222‑310.

Citizens are asked to call these numbers for immediate assistance in cases of flooding, tree fall, landslide, road blockages or any other disaster‑related incident. The corporation emphasized that all advice issued by the NMMC disaster‑management cell must be followed without deviation.
