Eligibility, age limit and fees for Karnataka High Court Assistant Court Secretary recruitment
To qualify for the Assistant Court Secretary role, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Science, Arts, Commerce, Business Management, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification recognized by a university. Additionally, they must have cleared the Senior Grade or Proficiency Grade English Short Hand test and the Senior Grade English Typing test conducted by the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board, or possess a diploma in Commercial or Secretary Practice from a recognized technical board.
The minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum is 40 years, with age relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules. Application fees are set at INR 500 for General and OBC‑II(A)/II(B)/III(A)/III(B) candidates, and INR 250 for SC/ST, OBC‑I and benchmark disabled candidates.
