ELC 2.0 Initiative Launched Across Uttar Pradesh Schools

The Election Commission expanded its Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) programme into a digital format called ELC 2.0. More than 1,500 students, teachers, and principals from 440 institutions across 20 districts participated in a one‑day regional conference, receiving live demonstrations of voter registration, casting, and counting.
