He assured that every essential preparation has been finalized and that the network of national and state highways remains fully functional. Immediate rescue and assistance will be launched wherever conditions demand, with pre‑positioned teams ready to move at a moment’s notice. Suman cited a recent strategic meeting in Delhi where central authorities issued clear instructions on the proper utilization of allocated disaster relief funds. Alerts are disseminated through broadcast messages, SMS, WhatsApp groups and coordinated actions with police and district officials to keep citizens informed ahead of any danger. In flood‑prone zones, the government is fortifying protective walls and enhancing drainage pathways under the chief minister’s explicit orders. Year‑round mock drills, training programmes, and multi‑level exercises are conducted to ensure rapid and effective action during emergencies. Specialized equipment, including JCB excavators, has been placed in vulnerable sectors to swiftly clear landslides and restore road connectivity. Suman emphasized that, although the overall situation is normal, the administration stays on high alert and is fully prepared to meet any challenge.
