Dipke Calls for Support to Mahato’s Hunger Strike Amid Police Crackdown

Abhijit Dipke reiterated that the leadership of the Jharkhand agitation must stay with Devendra Nath Mahato. He praised Mahato’s nine‑day fast as a significant sacrifice and promised continuous logistical and moral assistance to strengthen the movement.

When asked about his own travel plans to Ranchi, Dipke said his team is already operating in the state and that visible leadership is less important than ensuring the protest’s demands receive attention.

He also disclosed that his team accompanied Mahato to the state assembly, reinforcing their commitment to stand beside activists wherever they face repression.
