Digital Health and TB Collaboration Feature in BRICS Delhi Conference

The summit placed special emphasis on digital health architecture and tuberculosis (TB) research. Delegates approved the BRICS TB Research Network, calling for accelerated collaborative studies, innovation and equitable access to diagnostics, treatments and vaccines. The meeting also welcomed the publication of a BRICS GXP white paper to harmonise regulatory standards for medical products, enhancing quality, safety and efficacy. A sub‑working group on integrated infectious disease prevention and response was endorsed, aiming to build an early‑warning system that bolsters regional health security.
