Devendra Yadav Calls for Full Support as SIS Campaign Runs Till Aug 8

Delhi – The Special Intensive Review (SIR) operation in Babarpur received a public launch on Tuesday when DPCC president Devendra Yadav inaugurated a help‑camp for voters. The campaign, scheduled to run until August 8, is designed to give every eligible citizen the chance to exercise his or her voting right without administrative hurdles.

Yadav highlighted that the Congress team has been active for almost a month, with BLA‑2 volunteers knocking on doors to fill out voter forms and troubleshoot problems. The newly established camps, placed in all Babarpur blocks, are manned by trained BLA‑2 staff and party workers who can address issues ranging from missing records dating back to 2002 to incomplete online submissions.

The DPCC chief appealed to volunteers to keep the momentum high and promised that after the SIR draft is published, the process of filing claims and objections will continue. He urged the party to maintain a five‑person team at fixed locations across each constituency to maximise outreach.
