Delhi Traffic Police said that entry of commercial vehicles into Delhi-NCR is being closely monitored since GRAP-1 was enforced, and the drive formed part of this monitoring exercise.

The Northern Range team stated that it will continue enforcing traffic rules firmly and conducting focused campaigns to keep roads safe and traffic moving smoothly. Police have asked the public not to use forged documents and to follow the rules.
