Delhi Police Bars CJ Party March, While Wangchuk's Wife Sets Condition for Protest

Delhi Police officials, including DCP Sachin Sharma, have publicly declared that no permission has been granted for the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) to march towards Parliament on July 20. Sharma cited Section 163 of the B.N.S. regulations, stating that any demonstration must be confined to the designated Jantar Mantar area and must obtain prior approval. The police also confirmed that no application for a march permit was received from the CJP. Meanwhile, Geetanjali Angmo reiterated that her husband’s hunger strike will end only after political leaders assure Parliament will address education reforms during the monsoon session.
