Delhi High Court Petition Filed Over Forced Relocation of Sonam Wangchuk

The petition submitted by Geetanjali Angmo alleges that the authorities repeatedly ignored her family’s requests to shift Wangchuk to a private hospital. She claims that the information provided by officials has been selective and that the treatment at Safdarjung remains opaque. Angmo also states that Wangchuk has been denied access to his legal counsel and to the physicians who have been overseeing his case for the past twenty days.
