Court Verdict Sparks Accusations of Deception by Delhi Chief Minister

Following a high‑court ruling in the Punjab‑Haryana jurisdiction, Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi, speaking from his New Delhi home, alleged that Arvind Kejriwal’s administration deliberately misled the judiciary.

He described the judgment as “a serious question for the nation,” noting that the Punjab assembly had allegedly concealed the truth while the court certified the falsehood. Trivedi called for Kejriwal’s immediate resignation, stating that the chief minister’s credibility could no longer be trusted.

The BJP spokesperson further linked the incident to broader unrest in Parliament, where he claimed constant turmoil is being generated, and condemned various political figures for exploiting student issues without addressing actual hardships.
