Court Ordered Records Submission on Fatima Owaisi Educational Campus Dispute

The Telangana High Court gave the state one week to furnish all records related to the Barrister Fatima Owaisi Educational KG‑PG campus situated near Salakam Cheruvu lake. Advocate General Imran Khan submitted a public interest petition stating that joint surveys by multiple departments placed the institution outside the notified Full Tank Level (FTL). The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation had already requested the HDRAA to supply a super‑imposed FTL map for further action.
