Congress MPs Condemn Misuse of Temple Donations in Ayodhya

Congress MP Mohammad Javed warned that donations made to religious institutions are intended for charitable use, not for looting or fraud. He demanded strict action against those who allegedly diverted temple funds, stating that the money given with devotion should be returned to the poor and to the shrine. Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Ajay Rai echoed the sentiment, calling for interrogation of individuals accused of siphoning off donations and land‑sale proceeds.
