As assembly polls heat up in Assam, Kerala, and Puducherry, top Congress voices are projecting strong wins based on voter pulse. Their tours and interactions paint a picture of anti-incumbency favoring opposition fronts.

Kerala’s Ernakulam buzzed with Leader of Opposition VD Satheesan’s proclamation. The UDF, he said, is on track for over 100 seats and a return to power. Drawing from extensive statewide campaigns—four full tours in three months—Satheesan claimed unerring insight into electoral trends.

Alappuzha’s Ramesh Chennithala doubled down on the forecast. ‘Over 100 seats are within reach; we’ll oust the Pinarayi Vijayan government,’ he vowed. Voters, weary of current governance failures, crave change, he argued. Chennithala positioned UDF as the harbinger of superior administration.

Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge from Kalaburagi linked victories in Kerala and Assam to his state’s bypoll successes. ‘Clear visions and proven welfare models like our guarantees will deliver majorities,’ Kharge said. These initiatives have uplifted communities in Davangere and Bagalkot, setting a template for neighboring states.

Congress spokesperson Supendra Rajput in Lucknow hailed the polls as democracy’s celebration. He called for flawless elections free of past glitches. Rajput foresaw BJP’s sharp rejection in key states, delivering a stern message to New Delhi about shifting tides.
