Patwari also flagged the weak performance in digital learning, where districts such as Sagarmadri recorded a dismal 24 percent, Badwani 16 percent, Agar‑Malwa 28 percent and Dhar 20 percent. He clarified that the figures are not derived from any party survey but from the Ministry’s own assessment method. The congress leader demanded a district‑wise public audit of PGI‑D results, time‑bound plans to improve learning outcomes, and an immediate audit of digital resources, internet connectivity, smart‑class infrastructure and teacher training in districts scoring below 30 percent.
