Kheda further demanded a comprehensive investigation into every member of the trust, suggesting that the Supreme Court supervise an independent inquiry. He called for the complete dissolution of the trust and a restructuring under transparent guidelines. The Congress stance also calls for accountability at the highest levels, including the Prime Minister who oversaw the trust’s formation, the Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath, and the RSS‑VHP network alleged to have benefitted from the alleged looting.
