The chief minister also responded to queries about the upcoming monsoon session of the state legislature. He recalled that during former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur's tenure, a ten‑day monsoon session was convened and suggested that the session could be extended further if the opposition demands it.

Sukkhu warned that the opposition frequently resorts to walk‑outs and slogans without presenting substantive alternatives. He invited dissenting legislators to voice their objections, but stressed that any debate must be grounded in facts and that his cabinet is ready for constructive discussions on every issue.
