CM Bhajanlal Interacts with Elders and Youth in Tilaneshi, Highlights Rural Schemes
Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma spent the bulk of his Saturday visit in Tilaneshi, Nagaur, engaging in a series of dialogues that spanned generations. First, he walked through the village market, listening to traders discuss demand for better storage facilities. He then convened a gathering of senior citizens—both men and women—asking about their health status, family support structures, and any obstacles they encounter in daily life. The elders appreciated the personal attention and recounted stories of how past development projects have transformed the village, while also pointing out areas still lacking, such as reliable ambulance services. A separate session with school‑going youth focused on aspirations for higher education, employment in agriculture‑related sectors, and the need for vocational training centers. The CM emphasized that government schemes like the Youth Entrepreneurship Programme and the Skill Development Mission are being extended to the district. Throughout the day, Bhajanlal stressed the synergy between traditional farming knowledge and modern technology. He called for an increase in the adoption of drip irrigation, solar‑powered pumps and digital market portals, assuring that the state will allocate additional funds to facilitate these upgrades. The minister concluded by directing local officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan based on the feedback received.
