CJP Urges Affordable Education Through Mass Mobilisation

The Cochroach Janata Party revealed its upcoming “What Does the People Say?” mission, a country‑wide engagement designed to bring student and parent complaints straight to policy makers. Founder Abhijeet Dipke warned that the education sector has turned into a lucrative business, with primary school fees soaring to as much as two lakh rupees per year, plus supplementary donations. He argued that such costs exclude the middle‑class and labour families from even basic schooling. Dipke also pointed to the exploitative practices of private coaching institutes that force families into high‑interest loans, deepening the debt cycle. The party plans to hold dialogue sessions across states, gathering public opinion to pressure the government into curbing fee hikes and improving public school infrastructure. Emphasising constitutional ideals, Dipke said the movement is rooted in the thoughts of Ambedkar, Gandhi and Nehru, aiming to restore education as a right, not a privilege.
