Civil Aviation Ministry Receives Request to Waive PPP Equity Clause

The Ministry of Civil Aviation confirmed that the Airports Authority of India (AAI) has received a formal request to relax the equity restriction in one of the PPP contracts. As of now, the ministry has not undertaken a formal review of the petition, leaving the possibility of an exemption open for future consideration.
