CID Uncovers Links Between Recent Arrests and Earlier JSSC-CGL Fraud Cases

Ranchi – In a fresh development in the JSSC‑CGL examination scandal, the Crime Investigation Department’s Special Investigation Team has linked the latest arrests of two Kodarma residents to a broader network implicated in earlier fraudulent activities.

Rajesh Prasad Yadav, a YouTuber, and Sandeep Kumar, a social‑trust administrator, were apprehended following tips that emerged while questioning suspects already in custody. The SIT’s raids at Golvadhar in Domchanch and Purnanagar in Kodarma resulted in their detention and subsequent transfer to the CID headquarters.

Preliminary findings indicate that Yadav and Kumar could have served as conduits between candidates willing to pay bribes and officials capable of "setting" exam papers. Financial analyses show unexplained cash flows that align with patterns observed in previous JSSC‑CGL corruption cases.

Investigators have initiated a comprehensive review of communications, financial statements, and any potential collaborators linked to the two men. The court has ordered both individuals to remain in judicial custody while the probe proceeds, warning that further arrests are likely as the investigation deepens.
