Chief Minister Emphasizes Zero Tolerance for Delays in Problem Resolution

Lucknow, August 3 – In a rare blend of ceremonial duty and public service, Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath opened his day with a "Janata Darshan" despite the monsoon session and religious rites scheduled for the same day.

People from multiple districts arrived with handwritten pleas. The CM collected each document, routed it to the concerned ministry, and set a strict deadline for action. He explicitly told police officers that any softness in pursuing criminals or in solving civic grievances would not be tolerated.

He ordered that in districts showing a surge in complaints, the respective police captain must be held directly accountable for the speed and quality of resolutions. Yogi stressed that no citizen should experience injustice; every grievance must be addressed with empathy and efficiency.

The CM also highlighted the need for focused attention on revenue and law‑enforcement issues. For familial disputes, he advised initiating dialogue first and resorting to legal measures only if necessary. He concluded by underscoring that problem‑solving must be swift, transparent, and humane, delivering outcomes that meet high standards of quality and citizen satisfaction.
