The weather in Chhattisgarh is expected to worsen. The Meteorological Department has issued a warning for thunderstorms, rain, and lightning in several districts of the state over the next few days. Today, an alert has been issued for thunderstorms and lightning in 17 districts including Sukma, Bastar, Bijapur, Surajpur, Balrampur, Surguja, and Raipur. In particular, stormy weather may persist in the districts of North Chhattisgarh for the next 5 days. Furthermore, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and lightning throughout the state from August 6th.
