Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Sharma said—Naxalism has been eliminated with the cooperation of Bastar's public, community chiefs, public representatives, and journalists.

Raipur, On the second day of the Tiranga Yatra, Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Sharma and Forest Minister Mr. Kedar Kashyap formally worshipped at Maa Danteshwari temple. After this, they addressed the Tiranga Yatra program organized at Dantewada bus stand.

Deputy Chief Minister paid homage to 211 martyred soldiers of the district.

Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Sharma, paying homage to the 211 supreme martyred soldiers of Dantewada district, said that the elimination of Naxalism today has been possible with the invaluable cooperation of the public, community chiefs, public representatives, and journalists of Bastar. He said that the Tiranga Yatra is passing through areas where it was difficult to reach due to Naxal terror. Today, the tricolor is being hoisted with full pride and enthusiasm in those very areas.

Forest Minister Mr. Kedar Kashyap appealed to hoist the tricolor on every house.

Forest Minister Mr. Kedar Kashyap said that the tricolor is a symbol of the nation's honor, pride, and glory. He appealed to the general public to make the Tiranga Yatra successful by hoisting the tricolor on their homes and to participate in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign with patriotic fervor on Independence Day.

Today, under the successful guidance of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Mr. Amit Shah, and Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Deo Sai, Naxalism has been eliminated, and a new atmosphere of development and patriotism has been created in these areas.

During this, MLA Mr. Chaitram Atami, Zila Panchayat President Mr. Nandlal Mudami, Chhattisgarh State Women's Commission member Mrs. Ojashwi Mandavi, Municipal Council President Mrs. Payal Gupta, Janpad Panchayat President Mrs. Sunita Bhaskar, along with public representatives, Bastar IG Mr. Badrinath Meena, DIG Mr. Kamlochan Kashyap, Collector Mr. Devesh Kumar Dhruv, Superintendent of Police Mr. Chandramohan Singh, DFO Mr. Ramkrishna Ranganath Vay, and a large number of general public were present.
