Raipur, Addressing a dignified program organized in Tilda, Raipur district on the eve of Independence Day, Chhattisgarh Revenue Minister Shri Tank Ram Verma described the glory of the national flag Tiranga and the glorious history of the country with deep emotion. He said that the green color of our Tiranga is a symbol of the country's peace, prosperity, and development, while the Ashoka Chakra in its center gives us the message of moving forward continuously on the path of progress without stopping. This flag is an unparalleled symbol of our unity and integrity, for the protection of which millions of brave sons of the country have sacrificed their lives with a smile.

Hoisting the Tiranga with pride, maintain the dignity of the flag Appealing to the public and the people of the state, Revenue Minister Shri Verma said that all citizens must hoist the Tiranga in their homes with full pride on the auspicious occasion of August 15. Along with this, he emphasized maintaining the dignity of the flag, saying that the respect of the national flag must be preserved at all costs after the festival. It is our supreme moral duty to ensure that the Tiranga is not seen lying on the road, in the street, or in any inappropriate place.

Resolve to make India developed by 2047

Outlining the golden future of the country, Shri Verma said that we will all together realize the visionary vision set by the honorable Prime Minister to make India a Vishwaguru again and establish it as a strong, capable, and developed nation by the year 2047.

On this occasion, Municipal Corporation President Smt. Chandrakala Verma, Vice President Shri Palak Sukhmani, former President Shri Mahesh Agarwal, Zila Panchayat member along with public representatives of the area, dignitaries, youth, and teachers from schools were present. The program concluded with patriotic slogans and a resolve for nation-building.
