Three-Day Meditation Camp Organized at Lok Bhavan

Raipur, June 03, 2026/ On the initiative of Governor Shri Ramen Deka, a three-day meditation camp (June 3 to June 5) has been organized at Lok Bhavan for officers and employees. The objective of the camp is to strengthen the mental health, concentration, efficiency, and stress management of officers and employees. This camp, organized in collaboration with the Heartfulness organization, Amleshwar, provided detailed information on the importance and practical benefits of meditation on the first day. Trainers explained that regular meditation enhances mental peace, positive thinking, decision-making ability, and concentration towards work, leading to better results in the execution of government tasks. During the camp, a special one-hour meditation session was conducted for the officers and employees of Lok Bhavan, in which all officers and employees of the secretariat participated. Participants were taught various methods of meditation and informed about ways to incorporate meditation into daily life. Trainers from the Heartfulness organization, Vikas Pathak and Shri D.M. Sharma, while providing training, described meditation as an effective practice for a healthy, balanced, and stress-free life. They stated that regular meditation not only provides inner peace to an individual but also increases their productivity and positivity at the workplace. Various sessions related to meditation, self-awareness, emotional balance, and stress management will be conducted in the coming days during this three-day camp.
