Service Resolution Campaign: Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw Reviews Preparations. Raipur. Deputy Chief Minister and Bilaspur district in-charge minister Arun Saw today conducted a detailed review of the programs and activities to be organized under the Service Resolution Campaign. In a meeting held at the district headquarters in Bilaspur, he instructed officials to successfully organize all programs with extensive public participation. He directed that on October 7 a Service Jyoti Kalash Yatra be organized in the development blocks of Masturi, Bilha, Kota and Takhatpur, and asked to ensure proper arrangement of the route chart, security and public participation. The journey will conclude at the Bahtaraai Stadium at the district headquarters, where a gathering will be held to listen to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address to the nation. Rangoli and Angan Milan Service program to see wide participation. The Deputy Chief Minister directed the creation of attractive and message‑laden rangolis in all urban bodies, Janpad Panchayats and Gram Panchayats under the theme “The colour of service, together with the nation”, ensuring participation of women self‑help groups, school girls and Anganwadi workers. He also instructed that the “Angan Milan Service” program organized in Anganwadi centres be conducted as a celebration, ensuring maximum participation of pregnant women, nursing mothers and adolescent girls. The program will provide health check‑ups, nutrition counselling and information on government schemes. On October 1 a comprehensive cleanliness drive will be launched in all government offices under “Service My Contribution”. He said cleanliness should be ensured both inside and outside the offices, and a special cleanliness campaign will also be conducted at major ghats of the Arpa River. Collector Sanjay Agrawal briefed the meeting on the preparations for upcoming Service Resolution Campaign events. MLA Dharam Lal Kaushik and Sushant Shukla, Mayor Mrs. Pooja Vidhani, District Panchayat President Rajesh Suryavanshi, Deepak Thakur, Mohit Jaiswal, SSP Rajnesh Singh, Corporation Commissioner Prakash Sarve, District Panchayat CEO Sandeep Agrawal and various nodal officers of the programs were present at the meeting.
