Service Bridge Becomes the Support of Daughters' Dreams
Service Bridge Becomes the Support of Daughters' Dreams Timely receipt of income certificates made Sarita's higher education path easy Raipur, the Service Bridge initiative, which strengthens the state government's good governance and digital service system, is increasingly becoming a trusted medium for thousands of families in the state. Citizens no longer have to make repeated trips to offices for small certificates and government services; instead, transparent, simple and time-bound services are available at a single centre. A similar inspiring story has emerged from the Bade Bacheli area of Dantewada district, where Mr. Munna Ram was worried about his daughter Sarita's higher education. For college admission, an income certificate along with other necessary documents was required, but the unavailability of the documents on time threatened his daughter's studies. The family applied at the Service Bridge centre. The centre's officials and staff completed the application swiftly and issued the necessary income certificate on time. After receiving the documents, Sarita’s admission to higher education could be secured and her studies continued without any interruption. Mr. Munna Ram said that earlier such tasks required visiting many offices, causing problems of both time and financial resources. Now, through the Service Bridge centre, the required services are easily available at one place. He said that receiving the documents on time secured his daughter’s future and removed a major worry for the family. He expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai, stating that a system like Service Bridge is a real example of good governance for people in rural and remote areas. This initiative not only brings the administration closer to citizens, but also gives new strength to daughters’ education, youth’s future and the confidence of ordinary people. The expansion of digital and citizen‑centric services by the state government makes it clear that the aim of good governance is not only to formulate schemes but also to deliver their benefits to those in need on time. Today, Service Bridge centres are bringing positive change to citizens’ lives across the state by simplifying education, social security, certificates, revenue and other government services.
