The CAG assigned a score of 20.97 for disabled‑passenger facilities, positioning SECR near the top of the nation.

This dual picture shows that although general amenities such as clean drinking water, toilets and platform shelters need urgent attention, the zone’s efforts to improve accessibility for disabled passengers are bearing fruit.

The report recommends that SECR replicate its successful accessibility measures across other service areas while accelerating remedial actions for water safety and basic comforts.
