Remembering Freedom Fighters: CM Pays Tribute to Martyr Veer Narayan Singh

In his address, the chief minister paid homage to the countless freedom fighters from Chhattisgarh, focusing on the heroic tribal leader Veer Narayan Singh. Singh gave his life fighting British rule, and his sacrifice remains a cornerstone of the state’s proud heritage.

The leader urged citizens to honour these martyrs by unfurling the national flag with reverence on Independence Day. He said that each salute to the tricolor is also a salute to the brave souls whose blood secured India’s liberty.
