PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Supports Farming, Farmer Dashrath Rathore Becomes Self-Reliant

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi has given support to farming, and farmer Dashrath Rathore has become self-reliant. A farmer cultivating rice on three acres is receiving financial assistance to meet agricultural needs. Raipur – The Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme is becoming a financial lifeline for farmers to meet their farming and agricultural requirements. Farmer Shri Dashrath Rathore, a resident of Gram Panchayat Andul in Gaurela Development Block of Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district, is also benefiting from this scheme and continuously advancing his cultivation. Shri Dashrath Rathore cultivates paddy on about 3 acres of land. Along with the income from farming, the financial assistance provided under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme helps him meet the requirements related to agricultural work. Under the scheme, eligible farmers receive an economic assistance of six thousand rupees per year in three equal installments. Shri Dashrath Rathore says that during farming, funds are needed from time to time for seeds, fertilizers, agricultural materials and other necessities. In such times, the amount received from PM Kisan Samman Nidhi proves useful for him. It helps cover farming expenses and facilitates uninterrupted continuation of agricultural activities. He added that although the assistance from the scheme is only a part of the total cost of farming, it is quite useful when needed. It provides financial support to procure necessary materials for agricultural work and gives confidence to continue farming better. Expressing gratitude for the financial support received from the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme, Shri Dashrath Rathour thanked Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. He said that schemes like the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, by providing timely financial assistance, are helping farmers to continuously advance agriculture.
