On World Environment Day, Minister OP Chaudhary plants a Molshree sapling

Raipur, June 5, 2026/ On the occasion of World Environment Day, Finance, Housing and Environment Minister OP Chaudhary today planted a Molshree sapling on the premises of the central laboratory of the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board located in Sector-19, Nava Raipur. On this occasion, he emphasized the need for collective efforts for environmental conservation and green development. Minister Shri Chaudhary said that environmental conservation is not just a government responsibility, but the duty of every person in society. He appealed to the citizens to plant more and more saplings and actively participate in the conservation of natural resources. Secretary of Urban Administration and Development Department R. Sangita, Member Secretary of Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board Raju Agasimani, along with departmental officers and employees were present at the program.
