Foreign Ministry selects Chhattisgarh for the Singapore-India Network for Growth Forum 2026; Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will lead the state delegation. From October 3 to 6 the Chief Minister will stay in Singapore and present Chhattisgarh's investment prospects at the SING Forum 2026. Chhattisgarh will showcase investment opportunities in MSMEs, startups and employment-generating sectors on the global stage. Discussions will also cover cooperation possibilities in skill development, wildlife conservation, horticulture and green development. Raipur – On the nomination of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will lead a high-level Chhattisgarh delegation to Singapore from October 3-6, 2026. The delegation will participate in the Singapore-India Network for Growth (SING) Forum 2026 in Singapore, gaining an opportunity to present the state’s achievements, development potential and investment opportunities, and to forge new ties with Singapore’s business community, entrepreneurs and investors. This is the inaugural edition of the SING Forum 2026, organized by the Singapore Business Federation. Senior government officials from Singapore and India, industry leaders and investors will gather to strengthen economic partnership and promote new trade and investment opportunities. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will represent Chhattisgarh, presenting extensive investment potential in MSMEs, startups and employment‑creating sectors. Through the delegation’s participation, Chhattisgarh’s industrial prospects will be showcased to international investors and entrepreneurs, and long‑term economic cooperation will be discussed. Focus will be on cooperation in skill development and green growth. During the Singapore visit, the Chief Minister’s delegation will also meet the Skill Center, Mandaï Wildlife Reserve and Gardens by the Bay, discussing collaboration in skill development, wildlife conservation, horticulture and green development. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai said the trip is a crucial opportunity to connect Chhattisgarh with global partners and open new pathways for the state’s development. The government aims to link Chhattisgarh with global expertise, investment and innovation to create new development and employment opportunities. The high‑level delegation will include senior officials: Principal Secretary Vikas Sheel, Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary Subodh Singh, Secretary Commerce and Industries Rajat Kumar, CSI‑DC Managing Director Vishwa Kumar and OSD Umesh Aggarwal.
